Wife and I enjoyed this restaurant. So a few things to say: The atmosphere is close quarters and the noise level can be a bit loud inside on the lower level. The balcony may be your style for an open outside experience. The service was professional and high class. Two ladies tag teamed all of the tables. I especially want to say thank you to our server Hollie. It was my birthday and she made it very special. Even sang me a song..hehe. The food was delicious as I had a personal pizza and my wife had the Pollo Parmisan. The bread they served was neat as they had wheat bread and sourdough bread in the same basket. This place is a very nice experience and we would come back again.

This is our second time going to Macaroni's and we've enjoyed it both times. The first time we were taken by our local friends, for whom it's a favorite. The second time we went on a Sunday night that was not crowded, so it was quiet and romantic in our booth tucked away in the corner. The environment is relaxing with subdued lighting and nice Italian touches. The servers were friendly and helpful. I am both gluten and dairy free and they accommodated me both times, as the food is made to order. For gluten free pasta it's always penne, which was cooked just right. I have had both the seafood fettuccine and the Mediterranean pasta and thought both were excellent. My husband has had the carne calzone and fettuccine Alfredo and loved it. We also shared a green salad. So keep in mind that Macaroni is a moderately priced place serving good food. It's not a Michelin star place so if you're looking for that it might seem basic. However, it's just the type of place we like to find most of the time.

Took my fiance here for Valentine’s Day and we loved the food and vibe of this restaurant so much. The bruschetta was fantastic and I loved my Chicken Paremsean. Super crisp and moist. Also get the Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake! Super divine and creamy. Our waitress was nice and helpful however the hostess who we first interacted with seemed like she didn’t want to be there and not really personable and/or didn’t care that we had a reservation. Also had to ask for silverware when we got our bread and butter but not a big deal. Just made for a poor first impression as this was our first time at Macaroni’s. Thankfully the food made up for the off vibes at first! Hope to be back again for the amazing food

My husband and I drive by here all the time and this time we finally decided to stop.. and I'm very happy we did. We got fantastic service, the food was impressive, and my drinks were good (hubby just had beer). We got the seafood Ceasar salad to start, I ordered the angel hair pasta with chicken and my husband got the Alfredo with prawns. Our server didn't have a name tag which totally fine but she was very sweet and her dress was adorable! Will be back!

Wonderful experience, great food, awesome place for some good wine and the spaghetti was to die for! Will be coming back as often as I can! Beautiful inside would be a great place for date night

Love, love, loved it. Great and friendly service. Food was awesome! We were traveling through Ashland and randomly picked Macaroni's, so glad we did.

This is my third visit to Macaroni’s downstairs. Have had the pizza and pasta both. One cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything is delicious!! Tonight I had the capellini de Mediterranean and it was yummy. The sauce was light in flavor which allowed for all of the other items added to each have their own flavors be more noticeable. We also ordered the ravioli and had them mix the Alfredo sauce with the red sauce it was delicious. The ambience is always great!
